Pre-game Photo #5

Photo #5 comes from a collection of about 2500 photograghs I took during my son’s time playing football for Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA.

Football is a team sport.

From the time the team takes the field before the game to the time they leave the field after the game they move as a group.  Every player learns their position, where to be on every play and they move in an orchestrated fashion.

This picture, taken during the pre game warm up before the game against Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore, reflects teamwork in its simplest form.  Everyone is in their place, doing what is expected.  A few are out of place or out of sequence, but they are together as a team.

I will be posting a few more pictures from his playing days.

I hope you enjoy this one.

About Jerry Harrison's Photo blog

Just sharing images I've taken that I think are worth sharing, and a little of the story behind them. What is a photo worth if you don't know why it was taken.
