Patterns in the Arab World…Photo 25

Photo 25 patterns in the Arab World

Photo 25 was taken in the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, Qatar.

Having spent the last three years in Doha, I have noticed patterns in art and architecture that are part of the rhythm of living in the Arab world.

No matter where you go you find symmetry and patterns that repeat themselves.

The Geometric pattern is seen everywhere.  It is a beautiful pattern with the purpose of honoring Allah.

I grew used to the patterns and and found the symmetry pleasing.

I like this photo.  I hope you like it too.

Just sharing images I've taken that I think are worth sharing, and a little of the story behind them. What is a photo worth if you don't know why it was taken.
